How do I know SmartPrice.com is unbiased in making recommendations?
We carry rates from a variety of service providers - some of which we have commission agreements with, and some of which don't. When we do a search for you we find you the best deal available - regardless of whether it is with our partner or not. We're pretty sure that a lot of times, our partners' rates will be lowest; but sometimes we know they won't be the lowest. That's ok, though, because we're committed to helping consumers find the lowest rates, regardless of whether or not the company you switch to is our partner.

What is SmartNotify?
The SmartNotify™ notification service is a free service offered by SmartPrice.com that notifies you when a new plan comes along that can save you money over your current plan. Once you switch your service through the SmartPrice.com™ site and give us permission to do so, we'll check your calling patterns against the plans in our database on a regular basis, and when a cheaper plan comes along, we'll send you an email letting you know about it! This way, you'll always know you're getting the lowest rates that are available. 
You don't have to sign up for the SmartNotify™ service if you don't want us to contact you about better deals. If you are interested in the SmartNotify™ service, you tell us how often you'd like to be notified and we'll take it from there.
